POSITION TITLE:
Administrative Assistant
REPORTS TO:
President

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create organizational systems for calendar, email and phone communication
• Schedule and coordinate President’s calendar as well as general staff meetings
• Daily email and phone communication with business partners
• Vendor management and selection
• Project management through online software that the entire company uses
• Human Resources assistance
• Maintain and order office supplies, as well as food and beverages for the staff
• Make copies and collate marketing materials
• Trouble shoot technology device issues (phone, copiers, printers, etc.)
• Identify ongoing PR opportunities
• Maintain company files
EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
• Bachelors required
• Previous administrative responsibilities needed (3 to 5 years experience)
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• General PC and internet skills
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and handle shifting priorities
• Superior self-motivation, integrity and interpersonal skills required
